These conditions of purchase are the only ones applicable and it will be understood that they have been read and accepted by every buyer who places an order at www.mariadesaas.com.

* * By email addressed to: firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the article and the chosen method of payment (24h / day, 365 days a year).
All the sale prices indicated on our website are shown in euros and have VAT included. María de SaaS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. In addition, Maria de SaaS can apply discounts, promotions or special bonuses. María de SaaS undertakes to apply the current rates indicated on the website, except for errors or omissions, at the time of placing your order.
María de SaaS sends its products by mail.
Under no circumstances may the buyer demand responsibility from María de SaaS for possible delays in the delivery by the transport agency. María de SaaS will put all her effort into the rapid resolution of each incident
María de SaaS offers different means of payment. The buyer can choose between the following modalities to make the payment of his order:

– Credit card.
The buyer has 14 calendar days to return a product that does not satisfy him. Within this period, you can return the product together with the copy of the invoice corresponding to the order.
The product must be in perfect condition and in no case Maria de SaaS will be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the course of a return by the customer. In any case, the possible costs of the return are borne by the buyer.
In the case of a change in size, the customer will pay the shipping costs to the company and María de SaaS will send the new sizes.
María de SaaS will only accept the products that are shipped with their original packaging, complete, new and in perfect condition. Items that the buyer has sent incomplete, damaged, assembled or dirty will not be accepted.
In the case of not wanting to exchange the garment for another product, we will proceed to return the amount, once the returned product is received, the refund will be refunded.
Note: Customized products can not be returned.
María de SaaS guarantees the exchange of any defective product, if the claim is made before a maximum period of 14 DAYS, assuming our company all expenses incurred. No returns will be accepted if they have not been claimed within the indicated period.
Conditions for our warranty to cover a defective product:
-None of our items will be covered by the guarantee if its defect is caused by incorrect use by the customer.
-The return must be claimed within the period stipulated previously since it was delivered to your home.
-No returns will be accepted if the label and packaging are not in perfect condition nor are the originals of the product.
Once we receive the item and verify its status, we will proceed to change it in the shortest time possible, leaving the costs of return and shipping by María de SaaS.
